I know we discussed this before, but I'm looking to INVEST in a quality in truck mounted compressor system, possibly with tank if needed..

I'm not interested in those use once plug in the cigarette lighter cheapo units made in China... I've found some nice compressors (made in the USA) from Oasis which have alot of power but does anyone out there use heavy duty compressors and do they work well enough to inflate Chevy truck tires to 80 psi (rear) and 50 psi (front) in a reasonable amount of time and does anyone think I will need a tank as well? Any inputs appreciated thanks!!

whats the cost? a 5hp motor sounds good...but whats with the PC powersupply cooling fan...!? sand may not like that..

Toyota: looking to spend the money on a quality product, burn out the cheap stuff too many times.. looks interesting.. I could use it, tires at 80 psi...

the sayville truck shop has had a Huge compressor sitting there for 2 years now...it uses 0 gauge wire....not sure the cost tho
