Baja Fish Tacos

cooking spray
½ cup yellow corn meal
1/2tsp. Salt
1/4tsp. Black Pepper
1/8tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Paprika
1lb. Fillets cut into 1" strips
8 corn tortilla

lettuce shredded
5 radishes thinly sliced
2 scallion thinly sliced
10cherry tomatoes quartered
1/4 cup red cabbage shredded

3/4 cup low fat yogurt
2tbsp. Lime juice
1tsp. Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped

Preheat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray [helps to make fish crispy]

Place corn meal salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic power and paprika in a zip bag and combine add fish, shake.
Place seasoned fish on prepared baking sheet and lightly coat fish with cooking spray. Broil until crispy, about 3 minutes per side.

Meanwhile warm tortillas.

To make sauce, combine yogurt, lime juice and chipotle peppers in a blender until smooth.

To assemble place a tortilla on a plate. Top with 2-3pices fish. ½ cup of salad and 2 tbsp. Of sauce
