BRING 2 CUPS OF VEG OR WHATEVER COOKING OIL YOU USE TO ABOUT 350 IN A DEEP FRYIN PAN. IN A PLASTIC BAG ADD 1 CUPS FLOUR, 2 TBLS. OLE BAY , LAYERIES SEASONS SALT AND CORN MEAL 1/2 CUP. WISK 3 EGGS WITH SALT PEPPER AND 1% MILK 1/4 CUP INTO EGG WASH AND DRAG EACH FILET THROUGH THEN PLACE INTO FLOUR AND PLACE LONG WAYS INTO PAN COOKING TILL YOUR TASTE (HARD/SOFT) ABOUT 2-3 MINS EACH SIDE.
GRITS
BRING TO BOIL 2 CUPS OF WATER A PINCH OF SALT & 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER IN A SAUCE POT. SLOWLY AFTER TURING OFF FIRE STIR IN GRITS WITH A WIRE WISK TILL THEY ARE FIRM AND SALT AND BUTTER TO TASTE.
