clean and dry completely tillapia fillets...drissle olive oil to cover a med saucepan and heat over medium flame..spice the tillapia with generous amounts of salt, pepper and emerils original essence..BAM..add a touch of parsley.

once oil is heated up, place spiced tilapia in the saucepan and sautee it.  place large gob of butter on top.  flip after a few mins and do the other side.  

I cant cook for my life, but for some reason this is really good.  u can also add all the ingredients and bake it.  but, its better fried in the pan
