cook 1 lb of orzo pasta
on med heat in large frying pan cook the 6  slices of bacon cut into 1/2 in pieces till light brown,add 1 chopped med onion and cook till softened,remove the onion and bacon from the pan,drain all but 1 tablespoon of bacon fat from pan-add the shrimp,scallops and seabass pieces to the pan and cook till almost done,remove from the pan to the onion and bacon.
add the chopped tomatoes with the juice to the pan
add the cup of baby peas to the pan
add the 1/4 to 1/2 cup of heavy cream to the pan
add the 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the pan
add the 1/4 cup of chardonnay wine to the pan
bring to boil till the peas are tender,add the fish,onion and bacon,cook for a minute or two till warm...serve over orzo pasta..with a tablespoon of feta cheese on top as a garnish.....this recipe may be made with any fish or combination of seafood and i have to say it's great!
