Entree, Sea Bass White Sea Bass Fish Tacos Servings: 3

Step 1: Using a sharp knife cut 2-4lbs of fresh white sea bass into 1/2inch cubes.

Step 2: Make taco seasonings:
1tsp- paparika,
1tsp- salt
1tsp- pepper
1tsp- chili powder
1/4tsp red pepper flakes
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/4tsp dried oregano
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and spread evenly over the cubed fish. Remember to save some of the seasonings for Step 3 (Taco Sauce).

Step 3: Mix
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
dash of hot sauce
2tsp Taco seasonings

Step 4: Cook fish in skillet with either hot vegetable oil or butter.

Step 5: Deep fry corn tortillas in hot vegetable oil.

Step 6: Cut up fresh cabbage.

Combine everything and have at it! You wont be disappointed.
