Baked Stripper with Mushroom, Onion and Garlic Servings: 4

Slice up one onion, get one medium size package of sliced mushrooms, and 3 diced sections of a garlic clove. takes these three ingredients and suate in a saucepan with 1/4 cup oriental Marinate and 3 tblspoons peanut oil. Saute until the onions get soft. Take 4 pieces of stripper, cut into 3 inch wide and about 6 inches long pieces. Using a marinade brush, coat the stripper with the oriental marinate, then  using the reynolds wrap bake packs, put each piece of fish onto its own piece of aluminum, then take the onion, mushroom and garlic mixture and put some of the mixture onto each piece, the, seal your aluminum wrap around your fish. Preheat the oven to 350. Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Once done, remove from the aluminum onto your plate, pour the extra juice right onto you fish.. Served with a rice pilaf makes a well rounded entree.  Hope you enjoy
