this is very simple and quite delicious
take porgie fillet - dust with flour - dip in slightly beaten egg - then coat with potato pancake mix bought in the kosher section of any supermarket. I like the "homestyle" but any will do. Fry in hot corn oil 3 min on one side and 1-2 on the other. Drain on paper towels - eat hot.
