Report location Connecticut > Western CT > heat wave CT togging/porgies with crabby
Fishing method Boat
« Previous Report Next Report »

Headed out with crabby this morning. Managed 13 togs with only 1 over 16 inches. ( RELEASED). Ended up drifting and anchoring at a few spots for porgies. Kept 8 of them all 13-15 inches. A few sea bass mixed in. Overall a slow day. But it is the middle of July

Surface water temp at 76.2 ( about 12 inches down). Back on land temp over 90. It beats work. See you all out there October 10th

It still beat sitting in the sauna on land.

July 17th and catching tog. Not a bad way to spend a dog day.

Hey, it can't be Christmas everyday!!!!
