left out of bridgeport captians cove marina on board the middlebank II.we were soon on our first drift just outside bridgeport harbor.out from the power plant.we had a constant catch of fluke+usual ammount of robins.all methods of techniques were working.i hooked onto the first fish with a 5 1/2 inch berkley gulp mud minnow(sand eel)my brother jeff, friend angelo + i all came home with 2 nice keeper fluke.the only time the bite slowed(as expected)was during the slack tide.i could not say enough good things about the middlebank II captian and crew+ boat.this trip was an overall excellent time.note:black sea bass was carefully released(ct.season starts 7/1) bummer!
