We have one opening for this weekend’s tuna trip set to sail tomorrow morning at 7 am aboard the Lady Frances with Capt. Mike and Capt. Matt. There are also two openings now on the Long Range trip setting sail Monday Night at 10 pm aboard the Lady. Call the office to make reservations.

With today being September 1st comes a bump in the sea bass bag limit. For the next few weeks fishers are allowed a daily creel of 7 sea bass measuring 15 inches or greater in length.

Capt. Rich reported a nice day of sea bass fishing over at Block Island with a decent number of fishers getting their 7 fish sea bass limit. The fluke maintained their presence and there was at least one angler limit on the summer flatties. A handful of keeper porgies and a couple of ocean perch mixed in. Weather looks great for fishing tomorrow and Capt. Rich will set sail at 7 am aboard the Gail Frances.

The morning sea bass half day was excellent according to Capt. George. Biggest sea bass was reported to be 22 inches long!! Ditto pretty much for the afternoon trip although the pool was taken with a nice size fluke. Two half days on tap tomorrow, both on the Admiral Frances with the first set to sail at 8 am and the second at 1pm.
