Spent the weekend in montauk and decided to do a full day trip aboard the miss montauk today (sunday) since it was the nicer of the 2 days.

capt.jamie went straight to the southside were we had instant action on the first drift. i had 1 short and 2 seabass on the first drift.

The southside bite wasn't to bad but mostly short fish 1 keeper which i landed, and seabass till we lost the drift.

Then we went north in search of bigger fluke and a

better drift.

well we found a drift alright we were flying the next half of the day doing like over 2 knots.

Tho we still caught a few fish on each drift.

Once the tide slowed down we had a good bite for about 2 hours were we picked about 15 keepers to 8 lbs and tons of shorts,With a few fish over 5 lbs landed.

I was lucky enough to get the 8 lb pool fish.

and 3 other keepers to go along with it to 24 in.

finale tally for me

Fluke-4 keepers and 12 shorts

for the boat-

16 keepers maybe a few more the bite was pretty hot for the last hour.
