WE SET UP ON OUR PIECE AND WE ARE PRETTY MUCH IN SLACK TIDE

SEND OUT SOME CHUM FIRST COUPLE OF HOURS NUTTIN

THEN VINCE PICKS UP A RAT BLUE

IT TURNS ON

WE LANDED 5 MORE BASS FROM 35-41"

The bridges

Yeah the bite was wide openupup......speaking honestly I felt we were under prepared for such a "blitz" as happened last night..kind of got caught by suprise as we were lulled into what we thought would be a quiet night for about the first 3 hours.......Could have caught probaly double the amount of fish had we used three rods instead of four(when they started it was non-stop), had more bait, more chunks prepared, and more chum cut and set up.....

It was the kind of night fishing that will haunt me come December 2008-April 2009 as I wait for the season to open......But for now I will just get out there as soon and as often as possible and hammer them while the hot bite is on!!!!Shades

P.S. I kept the 2 smaller fish for eating(actually gave the fillets to my super and the dorman for good karma and service...lol).....but we each caught one of the big gilr "bathtubbers"......just for clarification lest anyone doubt my awesome bassing abiltiesToungue..lmao.......

nicely done. why is that fish so red in the fins. never seen that.

Now, you've got a corpse in a car, minus a head, in a garage. Take me to it.

That fish swallowed a head as far down as I have ever seen (read intensly bad guthook) and bled profusely from the moment she hit the deck.....most of that was therefore arterial blood staining
