Started the day early with just about perfect conditions. Bass were going silly on small baits which made it very hard to hook up. Fish were exploding on the top, all around and in between boats. Moved on to the shallows and they were more cooperative.

Fantastic day, lots of boats by the time I left.

Nice photos. The water clarity seemed superb. Did you sightcast to them?
I tried in the Peconics. Only a few snappers to show for my efforts.

Good report

Good report and nice pics. Water looks like it's crystal clear. Same water conditions on eastern Shinnecock bay. Rain bait all over the place, with cocktail blues crashing them. They were just too far from shore today. Maybe tomorrow ??? Good fishing.....GHOST
