Took a lazy trip today with wife and 2 daughters. Great conditions but the fish would not cooperate. Fished from noon til 4:00pm outside S/E of head buoy and had about 40 fluke, 1 keeper, 18.5 threw back 3 17.5 and 2 17 7/8. Lots of fish with pre-existing mouth damage too. Best part of the day (3x) was watching the squadrons of stingrays fly by the boat in formation. Oh and the funniest part was watching my daughter fight a 4# bluefish for what seemed to be a eternity and it wasn't unti we landed it that I realized the drag was set too light,,,, Lots of laughs all around and a beautiful day on the water with the family.............Oh and by the way, I couldn'tt bring home 1 lonely fluke, He's still out there!
