Fished yesterday, Thursday 9/8 in the area of Nassau Pt/buoy 22 which is east of Robbins Island with my buddy Tim (River Dance) caught our limit of weakfish 16-20 inches. very last of the outgoing 20-50ft. of water. Used squid for bait on Hi/lo rigs, they wouldn't hit any bucktails or rubbers. Was hitting them pretty good till the tide stopped then it was a slow (very) pick. Couldn't do anything on the incoming due to tide vrs wind---just stood still.

Switched to porgy at Rogers Rock-lots of bites but were bothered by the small fish. Took home 8 keepers for the freezer clams for bait, incomeing tide. Bonus fish was a 20 inch fluke on the porgy clam bait.

Nice day turned a little breezy for a while though.
