Fished last night in the mouth of Manhasset Bay Strong wind and chop made it hard to spot bunker. Caught 1 blue out by green can to the west of the mouth about 8 lbs. then we found the bunker inside just before dark had about 20 mins to fish the school cause it seems once dark hits the schools have been disapearing plus I had to get to work landed two more blues smaller ones then I have been catching in that area about 5 lbs. compared to the teen sized fish of last week.

We fished yesterday, Dawn to appx 8:30 AM, and the teens were there, non-stop. I hate to think it, but our PM trips have been similar: My guess is that the Blues are hot and full by the afternoon/evening. One Big Guy was so hungry, when I dropped my pliers in his mouth, he just swallowed them. Whole. I had to hold him upside down and swing him a little to get them back... Hey, Monsterbass: We're doing AM Thurs and Sunday, call or we'll see you there...

I don't have a hobby, I fish.

Your saying you think in the morning they are more aggresive?
