Charted the king wayne out of montauk on sunday for a full day.Headed out on sat night,got to the snug harbor,where some of us actualy got some sleep. sunday morning headed to the docks to meet capt. wayne and mate. first stop trolling on the out going tide ,trolled with buck tails with a strip of pork rine.we caught 10 strippers from 10lbs to 19 lbs. Next stop as slack tide was just about started we hit a local wreck for 3 blacks and a bunch of sea bass. After we headed back to trolling the in coming tide for the rest of the trip.We caught 4 more strippers. We also caught a hand full of blues through out the whole day.All in all we had a great day of fishing with great friends.If you ever get a chance to fish in montauk i recomend the king wayne.Fred,john,MR Daly rick,jimmy,randy,mike,jay,john c,victor,pete,and me kevin, we will all have to do it some time soon .hitem hard guys.

So what did you use to catch the strippers when you went trolling?

one green and one white parachute rig. we were jiggin our arses off
