Fished WE II today. I caught 5 stripers on white bucktails at 32", 31", 25" 36" and 41". The 41" weighed in at 20 lbs. 8 oz. I tagged 3 of the 5 fish. My nephew surf fishing for his first time caught a 26" and a 34" striper. (Not bad for a rookie) The 34" weighed in at 14 lbs. 4 oz.

The pocket is where the jetty meets the beach on the east side (ocean). That pocket holds bait fish and some large bass. Mostly in the wee hours. Even better when fished in the fall.
