Fished today from about 6:30 -12:30 in the state channel east of Zacks bay for bass with my son Paul and my friend Rick.We had about 20 bass from 26" to 30".All fish were fat and taken on bellies. We limited out with keepers but only took two 28 1/2" fish home. Lots of weed around and stiff 20 mph winds.Mostly a slow pick with one nice flurry of fish.

See that Paulie, Thats what happens there, its all in the timing & I find outgoing close to midway they show up HUNGRY. All of a sudden all your rods just go 90 degs. I think they all just head south when the tide drops, all those fish that were poking around the huge bays back there end up in the state channel then towards the inlets. I stayed home, with the stiff winds yesterday I got a beating not to mention a nasty sun burn. Congrats on your striper.
