We have been busy with bass trips which have been good and one that was slow.Friday the 17th we had a morning trip with vincent Mosca and family.

We caught about a dozen bass keeping 5 for the local family in ditch plains.

The entire family landed a bass they kept 5 to about 18lbs. In the afternoon,Andrew Wahl and friends brought live eels to catch the bass and caught 2 on the eels and switched over to trolling eels and caught 6 more bass. Can rubber lives out fish live eels? hard to believe? you had to be there. Saturday was slow for long time friend georgenJensen with one keeper bass and rough seas. Sunday we fished with Charlie Cornell a regular on my boat only uses plastic eels and always catches the big one. Every time! i think he is blessed.Today Charlie and friend two guys caught about 10 short bass and in the end two big bass from 35 to 40lbs, Halfback 631 668 1305
