Hi,
Fished with Capt Mike on his charter boat, The Captain's Table.
It was finally a sunny day to go fishing. A very nice day to be on the catching grounds. The morning was a tough pick, okay so maybe not much of a pick, ha, ha.
Catching was much better on the second half of the incoming current. Had a nice pick of porgys, sea bass and Irish fluke (sea robbins) ha, ha. I am still the KING of catching Irish Fluke.
Oh my! It hurt to release 4 beautiful sea bass. I could almost taste them for dinner.
We kept only large porgys, 10 of them.
Some more warm weather and further off the moon and the catching will be much better.
However, this was the first trip of 2016 and it was so good to be back on vessel and fishing.
Neil
