Got set up on the West Bar today for the outgoing. I don't clam chum at all, it's not my preferred fishing but you have to adapt. Put in about 3 hours, good tide running but couldn't turn up anything other than a few skates and bluefish. I saw one nice bass come up a few boats over but that's it.



Had many boats plow through my chum, driving around looking for a place to anchor. Had a boat actually stop next to me about 40 feet away , threw his line over and drifted back into my lines and slick, never seen that before, he was like a hitchhiker.
