Report is a few days old.

Well after chasing the albies for a few weeks I decided to give it a late night shot for bass after work. Rewarded with 5 keeper size bass to 34 inches and 2 fish between 24 and 26 inches. Bite stopped at the slack. 5 out of six fish hit on the lip. Bone white SP and greenish yellowish teaser did the damage with all fish taking the plug. Fish are out there. Stop sweating other peoples reports and get your @55 out of your computer chairs and go catch them.

All fish released.

Awesome job man! Thats probably one of the better reports as of late.

I should use the Sp minnows more, i just feel like any sort of wind and i can barely get them out where they need to be. Whats the secret?

No Dennis teaser was mine.

LI FlyWink.

Fish were on the beach lip, but the night I caught them the wind was calm. I find the SPs cast pretty good, even with a teaser. 5 out of 6 fish I hooked were less that 15 feet off the beach. Reel to the sand. I hooked one who immediately got knocked on the sand with a wave. Sometimes distance doesnt matter. And I love the way bass hit a swimmer. They hit them like they hate them. Most beaches are producing fish right now. Find the proper structure they are holding on and you have a good shot. They arent hitting just SPs either.
