Thanks for the update. Perhaps first light poppers might get some bigger results. The fish are chasing mullet west of you and I'm thinking they might be by you. At night, a metal lip might work, especially in calm seas, like it's been.

i know that rock... but duuuuuuude it was what you thought it was this morning when you left.. I finally pinned one only to drop it at my feet after a nice 5 min battle... On my way out i stopped at the next place west and sure enough they were there busting as i pulled up.. Tommorrow i think i gonna skip the blues and just wait there for em to pop up. see ya bud

I've seen mullet too they are around. I haven't had too much luck with poppers in the mornings latle, more action on the lead.
