Fishing method Boat
« Previous Report Next Report »

Cholera again was sporty. Got there at 11:00 to see 3 dozen boats tight together on the reef. VHF traffic was there was an early bite but slow by 11:00. After that mostly shorts with a few keepers. Parking lot soon started to clear. Dozen boats left around 2, another around 3. Bait most mentioned was spearing and squid combo. Around 2 a Freeport party boat showed up and in short order headed West. Very little signs of bait. Water temp hit 74 at one point. There was a report of 2 chicken Mahi following a fluke rig to the surface, did not hear the location but sounded like the AB Reef.
