Weekend report, hit my spot again this Saturday when I arrived at first light the beach was mobbed.well I was able to squeeze right In. About 15 minuets in had landed my first fish. A healthy 29" fish! The bite slowed down after that. One hour later I was able to wade out to my sweet spot I decided to throw on the tsunami sand eel first cast I get hammered. Land my second fish a 8# chomper I was surprised how well the sand eel held up to the blue. After that I decided to move down the beach to work a sand bar. Had 5 more fat schoolies. Called it a day.



Sunday morning first light get to my spot and its mobbed again squeeze in and start casting within 20 minutes land 2 micros.fished for 20 more minuets for nothing didn't see any bait no white water and no more fish hitting the sand. Made the executive decision to go to a different spot. Drove to 4 different spots scouting the water and didn't see and bait yet.. Moved to the fifth and finial stop. Lots of guys fishing no one catching I'm thinking wtf I see some birds white water looks promising.. Walk out 1000' past the line up and see some goods structure throw out the first cast fish on!!then this guy coming down the beach decides he's going to throw his bait right on top of me and he snags my setup. I said I don't need to fish here, screw this guy and moved down the beach 100' more. Caught 2 more schoolies and one 28" bass!!! Then the next cast later my lami snaps in half.. Disappointing.
