I fished on the Osprey this evening with Capt Stewart and his crew.

What a trip! On the way out to the middle a water spout developed on the CT side east of Bridgeport. It was amazing to see the cone come down from the clouds and the water cloud go up. Lasted maybe 15 seconds or so and them reversed itself.

After we were anchored up and catching beautiful sized porgys with a mix of blues and sea bass a big rainbow starts to develop. I can not remember seeing a rainbow complete from surface to surface, the full 180 degrees. It was truly beautiful.

Back to catching. Capt Stew had us on the meat. My wife and I have a tasty sea bass for tomorrows dinner and the grand children will be feasting on sweet porgys.

Thank you Capt and crew. Very nice fillet work Dan.

And it was a pleasure to fish next to you, Capt. Neil. Here are some pics of the sights that you mentioned.
