Hi,

Got home just in time to rush over to Port Jeff. Man, 25A is tough at that time of the day. But I made it to the boat in time.

I sure was happy to get out on the water. First time for 2013. First drift and keeper on. This fluke was a very nice way to start the new season.

Capt Chris says the water temp is up to 55* and rising. That is cold for fluke but they bit anyway. Some nice keepers on the deck and also the ever present shorts. Keep those shorts coming as they are our future catches.

Am looking forward to many more trips on the pbs.

Ist fluke for 2013

Thanks guys!

Pablo, caught while holding the Batson IP 845 designed as a Maximizer. Actually it is the prototype.

Hi Capt John,

Good to see your post. I have been keeping track of your catches, good going.

I will get out to fish with you, just don't know when. I had to steal the time yesterday to go fishing. Lot of stuff going on here. Fortunately all good stuff. The least of which trying to get all these fluke rods built for the new owners.

Stay well and my best to Dottie and the family.

Neil
