Fished on the Elizabeth 2 with Capt. Paul and Huey, the mate. Was off the dock before first light to get an early shot on stripers east of the Point. We bounced around in the fog for a couple of hours before the bite shut down and tallied 8 bass to 40 pounds along with a few gorilla bluefish. Then it was off to do some serious scup and sea bass fishing. We had a furious bite for about two hours with sea bass to five pounds and a mess of jumbo porgies. Huey, the mate, started to clean fish around 10 AM just to stay up with us. Thank you Capt. paul and Huey. Fabulous day.
