Got out for the first time this summer around 430 fished the incoming tide 'til around 800. Overcast most of the day, sun poked out for a bit and we could see some decent sized waves headed for the beach, one of which managed to soak me(tropical storm alberto already?). Fishing picked up as the tide came in and we landed one big blue probably a solid 8 pounds, had a tough time getting him in but finally beached him. Gave the fish to some other guys who were fishing a few hundred yards from us, they seemed pretty happy to bring something home, and I was happy enough we landed a fish. Fish hard, Tight Lines!
