The climate change is starting to cause different fish migration patterns. Over the last 4 days the North Shore has been experiencing a surge in striper and blufish activity. This is coupled with herring hitting the bays.

Fished in the rain under the oak trees and while the brown leaves kept falling on my head, the bass started to fall as well.

4 of us managed about 25 fish, ranging between 20 - 46 inches. We estimated the weight of the 46 inches based on the diameter of it's stomach using online calculator to be about 38 lbs.

All fish returned to the sound.

Happy Holidays and Be Good All.
