Absolutely silly fishing last night on the south shore west. The most fish I've ever caught and/or seen caught in the 4 hours I was there. Every fishermen(about 25), every cast, 12 to 16 pound bluefish. The type of.blues that have no respect for your drag tightened all the way down, or an regard for how much you equipment cost. Only saw one Striper and it was a little schoolie who swam right by me and almost beached himself. The bearing busters where spitting up whole bunker and there bellies were enourmous. Hoping it will be anywhere near the same today as it was yesterday.

was there yesterday and had same success with 4 bass landed for me 18-24lbs and 20+ blues. One blue had a shark bite on it's side! Crazy stuff!
One of the best days of monster fish I've ever had!
Today is a different story - NADA! I Fished from 5:30-6:45 - lightening storm cut my morning short.

it's a wound that's probably about a week old but looks like it was a shark because the other side had a couple of holes in a jaw-like pattern and the a lot of the scales from behind the gills back to the tail where missing as if they were stripped off.

wow thats pretty wild, walking off the beach I also saw a blue in the weed line that looked like it was torn up by something, but judging from the size of the wounds I was just thinking other big blues...but who knows!

Searching for 82 lbs.
