Monday 430 AM to 8 AM. Took the boys for some bay fishing. I used one bait rod with clams and porgie heads (from cleaning the fish last night). Other rod was my new Lami for some lure casting.

Not a single bite or run or hit. I tried my new lami and was able to cast far and get a feel for all my new lures. Neighbors had a nice striper in the middle of the night and another guy had a striper on bunker. I had nada, which is my expectation, because being from Upstate I don't get enough practice. Clams smelled, which is not good. Fridge at my MIL appears broken, thus to hot to keep my bait cold.

Boys caught lots of crabs and saw many more interesting things. Lots of cool beach buggies drove by. I wish I had the cash. 8 AM the thunderstorm started, so we had to leave.

Better luck on 4th July weekend (I hope).
