Didnt bother heading out last night to catch the outgoing because of the T-storms so I slept a little late, got up early am and went out on the prowl for some live bait, again my canal was void of life so I tried a new spot and was paid off nicely with a net full of nice size mullet and a few nuts, hit the inlet at dawn and fooled around by the bridge, didnt have any takers so I hit a couple of rips on the way out and had nada their too, tried at the mouth of the inlet and managed a nice 6 pound weakfish moved around after that and tried along the back of moses and was molested by blues that took all my bait, got a call from Paul (Maybe Tonight)about some action outside and off I went, met up with Paul and got a bucket of nuts from him and drifted around the belly fleet, the tide slacked and we waited for it to turn, after about a hour I called it quits but I'm sure the fish started chewing then..lol, thanks for the bait Paul I saved them in my pen for possible use later today....
