Fishing method Boat

Had my charter today with Capt, Eddie @ the Helm. Capt. Vinny worked hard netting bait for 3 charter boats. He supplied us with enough bait and we were fishing.

Today I was short guys, I'd like dot have had 2 more but guys on the job punked out last minute. I was very happy to have on board good guys from the TBTA BTO's @ Whitestone Bridge, Wally Butler and Eddie Mack, as well as one of my dearest fishing buddies Rich ( I can always count on you to fish)O'Connell.

Bass bite was pretty solid in the early AM, slowing down as the day progressed which is often the case. On this trip there was a healthy pestering of blues which we didn't have back on April 29th and 30th when I was aboard with them. We kept a half dozen blues today.

Hoped and Prayed for big Weaks but I guess the lightening can't strike every day. Also had high hopes for cows in the 20lb class and dared hope for one in the 30's, which that dream never came to it's realization today either.

Never the less, in spite of pretty foul weather conditions with 20-30 kt South wind all day, we packed the fish in the boat. ALL Karen 3 Karen Ann boats caught some fish today but fishing over all was tough.

Thanks fully today was our day as Capt. Ed, found the fish and put us on the meat in the window inside of which they were willing to chew. We had our limit of bass to about 17ish lbs or so Plus 3 other bass released for 4 fisherman on the boat. We also enjoyed decent action with the chomping Blues.
