Well yet another banner night.Made it out with just myself an Frankiesurf. My other buddies couldn't make it.Man are they gona be sorry when they read this. You know who you are lol.

Slow picken at first then the small bass showed up.After about an hour of small ones. The huge blues showed tall walks and bent rods for about another hour.

Then I pull in a bunker that hit my bomber that was funny. If the bite wasn't hot I would have live lined him.

Then I look over see Frankie into a nice fish. He's pumping but this fish is giving him a run. Then his line gos slack.I laugh saying you lost him.He say yes no wait the Fish was running at him.Pulls it onto the beach an all I can say is WOW.42" 25lb .

Now I don't know how many have met Frankie but he's a verticaly challanged guy. This fish was almost as big as him.LMAO.Great job Frank glad I was there to see it.He almost dives on this fish. Then I relize it pulled his hook off the plug just as she was on the beach.Close call.

Few more casts I'm in again pulled in a nice 36" 18lb

Great night left them bitting.Shot

Bombers again were the tix.

Great time Frankie

That fish was weighed by two different scales by the way.

John and I had a great time last night. We lost count of all the fish we had. When we got there I was twenty feet to his left and getting nothing. Every other cast he would call me when he had a fish. He was bailing them. I was losing confidence . I was using the exact same lure and getting skunked. As soon as I moved to his right I started catching. Bass and blues (and a bunker) in the mix. It seemed like they were chasing the bait up and down the beach. It was pretty constant once we started catching with both John and I into fish at the same time quite a few times.

Once I got that bass on the beach I realized it was loose. I pretty much had to tackle it to bring it the rest of the way up. The split ring on my Bomber pulled straight.

That was my biggest bass yet. I am glad I had someone there to witness it.

I think I know someone else who is going to be out tonight.Wink
