Headed out this afternoon to catch the beginning of the outgoing water, soon as i left the State Boat Channel ran into large schools of bunker, didnt hang around to see if there was fish with them ,stuck to my game plan and headed out to demo and the 6 can, started drifting with eels and had fish right away, lost the first one and turned around to start the drift again, got a second hit and landed a nice 17 pounder, a few more drifts for a few more hits, before i knew it i was surrounded by boats, as the bite died down i shot over to the bridge to throw dome bucktails as the tide started to slow down, no fish ,just a couple of hits, headed in and called it a night
