headed after work to saltwaters got some bunker.... decided to chunk an area that was prosing..on arrival you could see the storms rolling in..within 15 minutes they did! win shift to NE to 30mph and some crazy lighting was enough for me to wait it out in the truck....after watching 3 episodes of family guy it was time to chunk again... as im fussing with some things in the truck i hear the clicker go off and rod bouncing...of course by the time i grabbed the rod fish was gone...5 mintes later same damn thing happend lol...Gets even better...with a north shore trip planed later in the evening i start switching over the bag to some fundemental lures ill be using in 2 hours...sure enough my clicker starts screamin!! and the fish was drop..i got whacked...must have been a 30# fish...

stayed a little after that but the race was on to catch the tide thats been productive up north...

On arrival Ken is there he says "they where here" good enough for me...of course the action slowed as i got there. we made 1 move..and i got whacked by this 12-14# beauty...a nice north shore bass if you ask me...couple minutes later i get slammed by an even bigger fish..drag was screamin..but the VMC's couldn't hold it..off she went...but i was still happy i got my redemption..even though i dropped 4 very nice fish tonight..

first pic is the storms rolling in

Hi Martin Smile

Good fishing last night Will, the bite had its slow moments, but we did manage to beach 4 nice bass and missed a few. The good news is that the fish were all big so when we got hit...we got hit hard. Nice to hear that reel screaming last night, that was a huge hit for sure. That last minute move was a good idea...if I do say so myself Smile The bugs were insane...I felt like 25 would land on my face at one time..yikes.

Ken

Rods bouncing, reels screaming and an overdose of adrenaline!! Can't beat that combination Bro!! In the end you won the battle and caught a bass and thats what counts my friend...

Good Luck to All...
