Got out yesterday around 11. Plenty of Shad and 3 schoolies kept me busy for a few hours. A pair of double headers made for a fun day.

I'll probably be out there soon - what patterns were you using? Thanks!

Sand eels on both hooks. 2" up top and 4" down below. They were beefy little schoolies. For a few minutes they teamed up and swam out together getting into my backing, It was a fun ride.

Thanks Keith, how's the black fishing been?

Thanks - I've been doing well there with bay anchovy patterns as well.

All the bait in the water right now is pretty small, mostly sand eels. I think it's size more than pattern that working. I've been catching them on eels, clousers, bendbacks. Nothing too thick and nothing over 4"
