Just returned from catching 10 bright, sea lice- burdened schoolie bass between 12 and 20 inches at the charles river locks in boston. The bait of choice was a white five inch fin-s fish on a 1/2 oz jighead. There are some herring, although I don't believe the run has reached its peak yet. There were a number of people livelining herring which they snagged at the spot, but they were having no luck. No big fish yet, but plenty of little guys.
