A big thank you to all the vets!



First half of the holiday weekend kicked off early with a charter for the Sponza family and WEGO bait & tackle, Southold.



The gang of 16 pounded on em. It was a one drop shop with 80 keepers to 7 pounds and a boat limit going home. Anthony was hot with at least 10 keepers. Tom smoked em in the stern. Chris had a great day as well. Everybody caught well.



Saturday’s sold out 23 angler Split Charter/Open Boat enjoyed one of the best bites of this fine Blackfish season. First drop put 40 keepers to 7 pounds in the boat.



Last two drops were all nice fish, most in the 5 to 7 pound class with a couple 8+ and a 8.5 taking the pool. Final tally at least 90 keepers. Mr Lee had at least 15 good ones, Daniel, Walter, and Mark all had great days, CJ and Charlie had great days.



Very good Black fishing with an easy full boat limit going home plus releases.
