Anyone have any plugs they troll for bass up higher in the water? 5-15" down?

Looking for something to put up the middle when we're pulling wire.

I remembered using Polish Shads with success, and also remember trying others that did not run very straight even on a slow troll.

Anyone have any favorites?

I was thinking that too, but will they usually run well at a few knots?
