Kayak live bait tank battery question

Need some advice please.
Already prepping my yak for next season spring bass run. Plan on doing some live lining with bunker. I'm likely going with the molded HOBIE live bait tank.

Question - what type of deep cycle battery do you use when hooking up the live bait pump? I don't plan on going with a bubble air system. I plan on installing a live well pump constantly pumping in water and will have a pool hose draining from the top of the pump.

Some have told me go with a motorcycle battery, however ones I have found are starting batteries, not deep cycle. I'm looking for a battery that can be drained down, brought home and re-charged fully for the next day.

Any suggestions, greatly appreciated

Thanks
Sp
