I used to buy 20 pound plus lobsters when I lived in RI. Most were caught by draggers.

Great, if you know how to cook them! The whole family used to beg me to go get one when then were coming to visit.

Last time I had a big lobster (10lbs) it was tough like cardboard. It tasted like lobster though. Little chewier.

ooohhh, although butter makes everything better, that would be nasty and slimy as heck...LoL

No we use Go Choo Jang with vinegar and sugar, also called Cho Jang. or do it Japanese style with soy sauce and wasabi.
