Favorite or Dream fish to catch

Just wondering what peoples all time favorite fish to catch or dream fish to catch. Mine would be the Roaster fish. Awesome different colors in the fish. One of the coolest looking fish with some power behind it. I have never caught one but here is a picture of one if you have never seen one before. Its a small Roaster fish but has lots of color to it.

My favorite fish to go for regularly are giant seabass, fall run east end porgies, and baseball bat ling. Dream fish are pacific halibut, sailfish, goliath grouper, and cubera snapper.

That's not a small fish. Looks 12(?) maybe 15(?) to me.

Sure is a small fish..they grow to be over 100 plus pounds...so a 15 lb fish would be considered small to me
