Where would the US of A be without it's centuries of military veterans?

They have helped form our country over the years. They gave willingly of their lives and bodies. They stood tall as young men protecting their loved ones! In today's world we have to add all the young women veterans as well.

As a 5 year old boy I can still remember sitting on the curb on Hillside Avenue watching the post world war ll parades with all the marching heros who gave everything and were blessed to return home. I thank you with all my heart and that goes out to all our veterans since. These people are true heros and unfortunately in the past were not treated as such. God bless you all.

If you did not serve our country, especially in the military, you missed a very important opportunity. Veteran's understand what true love of country is all about.

I salute you all. HAPPY VETERAN'S DAY!

These are special people, and need to be treated as such.

God bless them all, those still participating, and to those that have given all.

Ahhh, the good old days

A toast to all those that served. Happy Veterans Day. Can't believe it was that long ago. Serving in the USN was the best thing I ever did.
