Shark fishing in the surf

Hey I was just wondering If anyone was still catching brown sharks off the south shore and if so any tips on bait and time of day?

Not an expert here, but I use chunks, after dark.

Alrighty sounds good.. Does anyone know If they are still being caught because I remember reports a couple weeks ago of people catchin several sandbar sharks of the south shore surf

Haven't targeted them recently, but they should still be around. Use chunks and fish at night.
