Going up to my alma mater this weekend to see BC beat the snot out of ND on Sat. night. I'm looking for suggestions on what to do with the kids on Sat. afternoon. I might go down to the Charles and visit my old BC sailing team but I don't know if the wife and kids would be too keen on that.

Any Boston area Noreaster's out there have any good ideas on what to do with the wife and 3 boys ( 8,13,15) on Sat afternoon?

Thanks in advance

If it is crappy out, the aquarium is always good to see.

The duck boat tour is always a hit too.

or pick and choose..

Toungue I would but my wife gives me enough grief about fishing as it is. But not a bad idea.Shades

Makoman, the aquarium is a good idea, I took the kids there about 5 yrs ago. Might be time to go back if the weather is bad.

Museum of Science is interesting and has an Omni Theatre.

Freedom Trail is great but it might rain Saturday.

Duck boats fun too.......and they have roofs on them.

Take them to the children's museum, then a few blocks away is the aquarium. The museum is an interactive place. There are several floors with different themes for them.

Thanks for the suggestions. My wife took the younger guy to some " TOMBS" interactive show. I took the older 2 to the a college sailing regatta on the Charles at MIT. Then we watched BC beat down ND. Great day!

Yeah, I know. But since that game wasn't originally on BC's hockey schedule and we did beat them in the championship game last year, I'll let it slide as a pre season warm upWink.
