Well it seems Saturday night seems to be steak night here with me and Jenn. It's either big ole porter house's or rib eyes dry rubbed in olive oil. She has the small red taters grilled and I have shrooms with onions.

Yummyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Anyone else have steak night ?? If so whats your steak of choice always looking to try something different

Was watching that Raichlen BBQ guy's show the other day

Never knew that a Porterhouse was a NY Strip and a Filet Mignon on the bone.

Similar to a T-Bone, but bigger.

Doesn't that make it a wet rub? Confused

For me it's local grass fed beef, usually a ribeye cooked rare to medium rare on the Weber. Salt and pepper for seasoning. up

Fire up the grill! Touch of sea salt and pepper. A Heineken and a half on one side and a Heineken and a half on the other. Warm up the twice baked potatoes and creamy spinach and let's eat!
Pass me the Old Homestead Steak Sauce/Marinade please.
Any questions?ToungueWink

Hey JoeB.... I have a question you might be able to answer. If a bald guy works as a butcher, does he have to wear a hairnet? Confused
